These terms cover use of the website only. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work and/or master services agreement) which takes precedence over these terms in the event of conflict.

You may use the site for lawful purposes to learn about our services, contact us, apply for a placement and access resources we publish. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice and are not liable if it is unavailable at any time. You are responsible for making sure anyone who accesses the site through your connection is aware of these terms.

8. Client portal and accounts
Access to portal.ssanetwork.co.uk and any client account is restricted to authorised users of our clients. You must keep login details confidential, must not share them, and must tell us immediately if you believe they have been compromised. We may disable any login at our discretion if we reasonably believe these terms or your service agreement have been breached.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
